  • Licensed & full-time in real estate in State College and Bellefonte area since 2003
  • Married to Lois for 44 years. She joined my team in 2007 as Transaction Coordinator.  She has kept current as a Registered Nurse until this year.  
  • Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR). and Centre County Association of Realtors.
  • Knowing how to analyze commercial property, pricing, tracking local ROI, how to increase profits, creative financing of the purchase, 1031 Exchange, and tax considerations are part of the services I provide my clients!

Personal Background

Paul Confer grew up in Centre County, in an area where the Confer name is well known and respected. After college, Paul and his family moved to Bolivia, South America where they lived and worked for 20 years before returning back to Pennsylvania.

Paul and Lois continued their love of travel and have visitied destinations from the west coast to South America, to the Middle East and Asia among other destinations. Their appreciation of diverse families and cultures is a perfect fit with the diverse population that a thriving college town attracts. Paul and Lois have two grown children and two grandchildren. When they aren't working they are traveling, spending time with family or within their local community.

When you work with Paul and Lois, you are working with friends and neighbors. This is a testament that former clients speak regularly and the reason they have earned many repeat clients over the years.

Local & International Involvement

  • Paul has been appointed by the Centre County Commissioners to serve on the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) Advisory Council.  Since 2006 he has been one of the sponsors of the RECOGNITION LUNCHEON to Centre County's hundreds of volunteers.
  • Paul loves music and has participated in several fund raisers for individuals with medical needs by providing music for the fundraiser.
  •  Traveled to Haiti to assist with Appropriate Technology projects. He is a survivor of the 6.9 earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12, 2010. He spoke about his expereince at the Schlow library
